The Women in Pest Control Conference made its debut in Austin, Texas, bringing together women from across the pest control industry for a day of learning, networking, and connection.
The inaugural conference focused on the evolving role of women in pest control, leadership and the future of the profession, along with topics including food service and audit compliance, green pest control solutions, and the ACE program.
Designed as a judgment-free and honest environment, the event created an opportunity for women in the industry to learn from one another, build relationships, and support each other.
