"Tee" is the Owner/Creative Director of Urban Knack Virtual Administrative Services. Her best friend introduced her to WIPC at the 2024's conference and she immediately fell in love with the community. While her business is not pest related, she has come to have a major respect for women in the pest control industry. She feels that the work they do in support of not only pest control but of each other made her desire to find a space among them and help give back!

Jennifer is the Owner/Operations Manager of ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions and is the Owner/Lead Photographer of Sparrow's Heart Photography and Design. While she's been a part of ACI since she and her hubby started it in 2002, she has recently taken on a more active role and knew she needed some outside help to get her bearings. She started joining a few Facebook pest control groups to do so. On her very first post, she got ripped apart, chastised and blamed for the issues they were experiencing at that time. The guy was such a jerk, she almost walked away from all the pest control groups she had joined. Bobbie saw the post and reached out to her, suggesting she join WIPC. She decided to give it one shot. She had severe doubts it would be any different. She soon realized, she had NEVER experienced a more kind, giving, helpful and wonderful Facebook group in the entire time she had been on the platform! Since she has created multiple websites for both her photography and pest control companies, she figured this would be a great way to give back and support other women in this industry. She feels incredibly blessed to be a part of this amazing organization!
