Empower Pest Solutions (Founder & Owner)

Hi I’m Mandy! I live in Birmingham, Alabama and I am a single mom of two boys Ben and Bryant. Ben is 17 and is a senior in highschool and has hopes to be a theatre major. Bryant is almost 15 and is a freshman in highschool this year. I have been in the pest control industry for 13 years and I never want to do anything else! I have always been curious about bugs but it didn’t become a career until 2014 when I started as an inside sales representative. I started my own woman owned and operated company, Empower Pest Solutions in 2023. This year was my first WIPC conference and it blew me away! I met so many wonderful women at this conference. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my business and for our WIPC group as a whole.
