Founder & CEO
Bobbie is the Owner/Operator of The Bug Lady pest control company. She founded WIPC with the vision of creating an exclusive women's pest control group, providing a safe space for us to engage without the ridicule or bullying that often occurred in larger, mixed-gender pest control forums. The group's purpose is to foster constructive feedback and meaningful discussions. She never anticipated the overwhelming response and significant growth it has achieved today.

COO
Nanette is the Owner/Operator of Praying Nantis Pest Control. Since day one of finding out about the group, she's wanted to be a part because of all the compiled knowledge there is and wanted to share the help that she received since joining the group.

Division Director
Rachel serves as the Director of the Nuisance and Wildlife Division at Queen Bee Nuisance and Wildlife. With over 20 years of experience in food safety compliance, she brings a deep understanding of the complex regulatory landscape and practical challenges facing the industry. Rachel began her career as a consultant to pest control companies, where she specialized in designing tailored food safety programs that met stringent regulatory standards. Her work helped businesses maintain compliance while improving operational efficiency. As her career progressed, Rachel developed a strong passion for pest control, ultimately broadening her expertise to include nuisance and wildlife management. She is a licensed nuisance and wildlife operator, as well as a commercial applicator certified in four categories—credentials that reflect both her technical expertise and her dedication to professional excellence. A committed advocate for women in the pest control industry, Rachel is especially focused on supporting and mentoring women in the niche field of nuisance and wildlife management.

Website Designer
Jennifer was the Owner/Operations Manager of ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions (she and her husband sold the company in December of 2024) and is currently the Owner/Lead Photographer of Sparrow's Heart Photography and Design. While she'd been a part of ACI since she and her hubby started it in 2002, she had recently taken on a more active role and knew she needed some outside help to get her bearings. She started joining a few Facebook pest control groups to do so. On her very first post, she got ripped apart, chastised and blamed for the issues they were experiencing at that time. The guy was such a jerk, she almost walked away from all the pest control groups she had joined. Bobbie saw the post and reached out to her, suggesting she join WIPC. She decided to give it one shot. She had severe doubts it would be any different. She soon realized, she had NEVER experienced a more kind, giving, helpful and wonderful Facebook group in the entire time she had been on the platform! Since she has created multiple websites for both her photography and pest control companies, she figured this would be a great way to give back and support other women in this industry. She feels incredibly blessed to be a part of this amazing organization!

WIPC Social Media Coordinator
For the past 13 years, Jade has proudly served as a supervisor for Guaranteed Bug Control in East Texas. During that time, she has worn many hats—training new technicians, managing day-to-day operations, and working hands-on in the field to tackle everything from termite infestations to wildlife intrusions. Jade doesn’t lead from behind a desk; she’s out in the field solving problems, mentoring others, and ensuring customers are treated like family. Jade joined Women in Pest Control because she believes in the power of connection, community, and representation. After years of hard work to earn her place in the field, Jade is passionate about supporting other women doing the same. She believes the industry needs more strong, knowledgeable, and confident female voices and is excited to learn from others while sharing her own journey and experience. When she’s not running service routes or managing crews, Jade can usually be found bottle-feeding orphaned raccoons or relocating wildlife as part of her work as a permitted wildlife rehabilitator. It’s messy, rewarding work—and an important part of who she is. She also enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and staying grounded in the values that led her to this career in the first place: hard work, compassion, and doing right by people and animals alike.
