**Overcoming Challenges: Women in Pest Control Conference 2025**

This year’s Women in Pest Control Conference was one for the books! Despite facing some unexpected hurdles—including 53 cancelled flights, a snowstorm, and various family emergencies—we still had a fantastic turnout. It was a true testament to the resilience and determination of everyone involved.

For those who were able to attend, the conference turned out to be an incredibly rewarding experience. The smaller, more intimate setting created opportunities for valuable one-on-one interactions with the vendors who made it through the storm. Attendees had the chance to connect deeply with experts in the field, ask questions, and build relationships that will last well beyond the event.

While the challenges were real, they only made the experience that much more memorable and powerful. It’s clear that when women in pest control come together, there’s nothing that can stop us from making meaningful connections and continuing to empower each other. Here’s to the strength, resilience, and camaraderie that define this amazing community!
