Our industry is full of hardworking, talented women who deserve to be seen and celebrated. These award nominations are an opportunity to recognize the leaders, mentors, and innovators within pest control and wildlife control.

Nominations are now open until April 30th—take a moment to support the women who are making a difference every day.

Winner's will be announced at our upcoming WIP&WC Conference on Wednesday July 29th, and July 30th 2026 in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
